    Great school leaders make great schools. Yet too many leaders step into significant roles without the purposeful formation and development that leadership demands. They are capable people, often deeply committed, but the complexity of school leadership can outpace what experience alone provides.

    DGC exists to close that gap. We work alongside emerging leaders finding their feet, middle leaders navigating the space between classroom and executive, and senior leaders carrying the weight of whole-school culture and performance.

    Our work takes three forms: professional learning for leader cohorts at every stage, executive team development, and high-performance coaching for those who want to lead at their best.

  • Leadership Professional Learning

    DGC has developed a suite of leadership workshops that address the challenges leaders face every day.

    Topics include: leading difficult conversations, developing a high-performance mindset, vision and purpose, effective leadership, high-performing people and teams, personality and leadership styles, leading change and innovation, emotional intelligence, Catholic leadership, psychological safety, leadership coaching, leading challenging people, and running meetings that matter.

    Every workshop can be adapted to any format — from professional learning communities to keynote presentations.

  • Team Development

    DGC specialise in enhancing the performance of executive teams by conducting in-depth assessments of team effectiveness, sharing insights from first-hand research into high-performing teams, supporting teams to develop their own high-performance culture and working on targeted skills to maximise team cohesion and team efficacy.

    Dr Daniel Groenewald built his model of high-performing teams specifically for schools and has included a sample diagnostic test below. This research-based diagnostic takes approximately 10 minutes.

  • High Performance Coaching

    Finding time to reflect and set goals is challenging in a harried leadership landscape.

    We offer personalised coaching services available for individuals and teams, providing invaluable guidance and support to enhance leadership effectiveness.

    We use a range of psychometric tests to help leaders take stock, find clarity and get renergised.
