After more than a decade working alongside school and system leaders, one thing is consistently true: good leaders want to get better. They also want the work to feel less grinding and more worth it. That is what these services are designed to do.
I work with leaders at every level, from executive teams to middle leaders finding their feet, to close the gap between who they are now and what they are capable of becoming. My thinking is guided by the evidence-based DGC framework for school leadership, available below, which can also be used as a self-assessment tool.

Team Development
Great teams share a vision, speak honestly with each other, get on the same page, find reasons to laugh, and leave the school better than they found it.
I start by understanding how your team works, not how it looks on paper. From there, I share what the research tells us about effective teams and work with you to build a culture that is genuinely yours.
My model of high-performing teams was developed through my doctoral research and built specifically for schools. I share basic insights from this research through the High-Performing Teams Assessment below.Take the test. Your results come directly to me and become the starting point for our work together.

High Performance Coaching
School leadership leave little time for reflection. The pace is hectic, and decisions are constant. There’s more to do than think about your own leadership.
I work with individual leaders and teams who want to take stock and lead with more focus and purpose. Every engagement starts where you are, and where you’d like to go.
Good coaching starts with honest self-knowledge. I use psychometric tools to help leaders see themselves clearly and understand how they affect the people around them.A good starting point is the Big Five Personality assessment. It takes about ten minutes. Take the test and share your results with me. Then we can talk.
