About Dr Daniel Groenewald

Experience
I have spent over a decade inside two of Australia’s largest education systems, designing the frameworks and programs that help leaders at every level do their jobs well.
I am the lead author of Everyone Leads (Catholic Education Western Australia) and the Vision for Leadership (Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools).
Working with me means practical, evidence-based sessions built for the reality of school life. As a former English teacher and middle leader, I know what a dull after-school session costs tired teachers, and I have vowed never to run one. I write on leadership in my newsletter, Thinking About Leadership, and present regularly at conferences across Australia.
